CLIENT BROW & BEAUTY BOOKING POLICY
This applies to all services provided by Dreamy Lash Shop
I understand I cannot get my lash brow tattoos wet for a minimum of 24 hours post brow appointment, I should avoid heavy gym trips & saunas, sun for 48 hours. I should avoid any face toners, products, needling, scratching or picking the brows for 2 weeks.
I understand that the brows may swell, bruise, release fluid, darken or lighten, appear dark post being tattooed.
I understand that I must have a brow consultation and a patch test including the numbing cream and gel and pigment.
I understand that I cannot have the brows tattoos if I am pregnant or breastfeeding.
I understand I must apply the pre-numbing cream provided at my brow consultation 20 minutes before arriving at my appointment. I understand that although a pre-numbing cream and post-numbing gel are provided that they are not 100 percent guaranteed to provide a pain-free brows tattoos appointment.
I understand that brows tattoos are semi permanent and that a follow-up appointment is required 4 to 6 weeks post the first appointment and then every 12 to 16 months there after. Having the brows retouched every 12 to 16 months will keep the colour and shape in good condition.
I understand that there are no refunds on any services rendered.
I understand that if I am under the age of 18, I need my legal guardian to sign my consent waiver.
I understand that my brow technician is not responsible medically or financially for any services rendered & that if I have medical questions or concerns I should consult a doctor or medical professional.
I understand that I can not consume caffeine, alcohol or drugs (including ibrufon or aspirin at least 24 hours to my appointment as they can affect the brow procedure and cause profuse bleeding.
I understand that although the brow technician will always try to achieve the best symmetry possible the brows tattoos will be similar in shape and size quote "sisters not twins". Skin type, brow bones and fluid all contribute to the outcome of the brow shapes
I understand that super oily skin, skin with large pores, mature skin (35 plus) carry risks of pigment bleeding in the skin and is out of control of the brow technician.
I understand that Dreamy Lash Shop is not responsible for any theft, personal injury, or accidents on, or around the salon location, however there are cautions in place to minimize any potential of the above happening e.g no extra guests allowed, the client remaining still throughout the appointment.
I understand that there is dangerous equipment at Dreamy Lash Shop such as sharp needles, close proximity lighting, and accessible power cords, because of this, I understand that I cannot bring any children my appointment, I must remain still and relaxed for the best outcomes.
I understand that I cannot bring any guest to my Dreamy Lash Shop brow appointment.
I understand that there is no toilet or bathroom onsite at Dreamy Lash Shop.
I understand there are risks of receiving brows tattoos and understand that no refunds for any services rendered are given at Dreamy Lashes. Risks include pigment bleed out, allergic reactions to the pigments or prenumbing gel and creams, reactions with unknown cause etc.
I understand that if I booked the incorrect appointment, my artist has the right to cancel my appointment if there is not enough allocated time. (If the appointment has to be cancelled within the 24 hour mark of your appointment start, a booking fee of 50% of the original appointment will be charged for the reschedule.)
I understand that it is my responsibility to book my own appointment & fill out at the time of booking my appointment.
I understand that if my brow area has scarring or the skin is too damaged or at risk of pigment bleeding into the skin, my artist reserves the right to refuse service.
I understand that brow pigment retention is 50% my responsibility & that proper brow aftercare and cleaning will contribute to better brows tattoos results.
I understand that the cancellation policy is 50% of the appointment cost for a late cancel (24 hours of the appointment) and 100% of the appointment cost for a no show.
Always check your email for your booking confirmation.
Any significant loss of brow pigment after your first brow appointment will only be remedied at your second brow appointment. It is the my (client) responsibility to ensure all aftercare steps have been followed post all brows tattoos appointments.
Brows tattoos will not be refunded under any circumstances or change of mind. It is the clients responsibility to select the desired brows tattoos carefully.
