Thank you for your online purchase! Our products are quality checked by our suppliers and the Dreamy Team. If you are unhappy with your product we ask that you contact us immediately so we can help resolve any issues.
We are not obliged to offer refunds, credit or exchanges on any product that you have had a change in mind for. Any product that has been sent to a customer, opened and used is hygiene and storage compromised therefore we can no longer refund in this instance
Please email any discrepancy or damage issues in writing with photos within 24 hours of opening your product (all delivery and pick up dates are noted) to dreamylashesnz@gmail.comPlease note delivery damage must be reported within 7 days of the dispatch date.
